HOW IT WORKS
Start with support, move with control, and progress at your own pace.
1. Start Supported
Place one foot on each board. Use a chair, wall or countertop for support, and begin balancing.
2. Move Naturally
Let each foot move independently through gentle ankle circles and controlled movement. Start slowly and keep support nearby.
3. Progress Your Balance
As your control improves, gradually increase the challenge. Progress at your own pace.
